Accessibility Statement
Last updated: [TODO: date]
This is a template provided with the software, not legal advice. Review and adapt it with qualified counsel before you rely on it. Items marked [TODO] must be completed with your own details.
[TODO: legal entity name] is committed to making objected.ai accessible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the EN 301 549 standard, which references WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Our commitment
We design and build objected.ai to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. This includes keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, semantic structure, and screen-reader announcements for the live call and the scorecard.
Conformance status
objected.ai is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The live, voice-first call screen is our highest-priority surface for users who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or have motor impairments, and we keep it on our accessibility test list. [TODO: list any known limitations.]
Scope and applicability
[TODO: state whether the micro-enterprise exemption under the EAA applies to your organization (fewer than 10 staff and annual turnover or balance sheet under EUR 2 million), and set a review trigger for when growth removes the exemption.]
Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us at [TODO: contact email] so we can help and fix it. We aim to respond within [TODO: number] working days.
